Quick Browser offers a variety of measuresto protect user privacy when they are using the browser. To provide bestexperience, we may collect information from you for lawful purposes, but wewill not ask for personally identifiable information from you. This PrivacyPolicy is to describe what information we collect and how we process andprotect them. By using Quick Browser, you agree to be bound by all of the termsof this Privacy Policy.

1. The information collected by QuickBrowser
You do not need to provide any Personal Informationin order to download and use Quick Browser. When you download the Applicationor use the Application, we receive only standard Non-Personal Information, suchas the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and timeof each visitor request. The purpose of collecting Non-Personal Information isto better understand how Quick Browser visitors use Quick Browser.
Manually provided information
You may provide your Personal Informationto us, such as your username and email addresses, when you access certain servicesoffered via Quick Browser, for instance, when you create an account on QuickBrowser. It is your choice whether to send personal information to us.
If you give us feedback or contact us viae-mail, we will collect your name and email address, as well as any othercontent included in the email, in order to send you a reply.
When you participate in one of our surveys,we may collect additional profile information. You may also provide other typesof Information to us voluntarily, such as your operating system and version,and other information requested if you contact us via e-mail requesting supportfrom Quick Browser. It is your choice whether to send personal information tous.
Automatically collected information
To make Quick Browser more useful to you,our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) may collectinformation from you, including but not limited to: the IP address, deviceinformation, and location of your device or computer.
We also use cookies to gather informationregarding the date and time of your visit and what your search and view.Cookies are computer files that are saved to your device and which may storeinformation about you, your device, and your browser, but they do not includeindividual’s names, or other information that is personally identifiable. Forexample, cookies are used to identify user’s device and record the visit sothat Quick Browser can allow you access to your account without requiring youto reenter the information.
You may choose to delete cookies or othertracking mechanisms on Quick Browser anytime you want through Menu - Settings.
Information from other sources
We may obtain information about you frombusiness partners, contractors, and other third parties and add it to ouraccount information or other information we have collected. We may add thisinformation to the information we have already collected from you via QuickBrowser in order to improve Quick Browser.
Information Accuracy
When you provide personal information tous, you agree to provide accurate information only, and agree that we mayassume its accuracy and rely on it. If we provide means for you to update yourinformation, you agree to update the information to keep it accurate.
2. Information Protection
Quick Browser is committed to protectingthe security of your Personal Information. We use a variety ofindustry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect yourPersonal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. QuickBrowser has strict restrictions on access to user data. Only a limited numberof Quick Browser employees have access. No method of transmission over theInternet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore,while Quick Browser uses reasonable efforts to protect your PersonalInformation, Quick Browser cannot guarantee its absolute security.
3. Use of the information collected
In general, Personal Information you submitto us is used either to respond to requests that you make, or to help us serveyou better. We use your Personal Information in the following ways:
• for improvement of Quick Browser Management;
• for improvement of Quick Browser experience;
• for editorial and feedback purposes;
• for statistical analyses of user preference;
• for product development and content improvement;
• to send newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotionalmaterials related to Quick Browser and for other marketing purposes;
• to provide your information to third parties pursuant to legalobligations.
Use by Quick Browser
As a general matter, we use the informationwe collect, to provide Quick Browser services to you. We will also try toenhance and personalize your use of Quick Browser based on this information.
In addition, Quick Browser wants to keepyou informed of developments of Quick Browser and of any promotional actions byQuick Browser. We may ask you to participate in surveys in order to help usenhance Quick Browser.
Quick Browser uses the information itcollects for statistical purposes and for reporting. This allows us for exampleto monitor performance and detect technical problems. All analysis is done inan anonymous, aggregate manner, such that none of the data can be traced backto individual users.

We do not share your personal informationwith others except as indicated below.
Normal site operation
When you use Quick Browser, Quick Browserwill have access to information you post to Quick Browser including, but notlimited to, threads and comments you post in forums.
Service providers
We may share your personal information,which may include your name and contact information (including email address)with third parties that perform certain services on our behalf. These servicesmay include providing support, performing data analysis, and providing andsupporting site functionality and features. To the extent we provide access toyour personal information to a service provider, they are not permitted toshare or use the information for any purpose other than providing services tous.
Other situations
We also may disclose your personalinformation:
In response to a subpoena or similarinvestigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from lawenforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legalrights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. Insuch cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.We reserve the right, but do not undertake a duty, to notify you of courtorders, subpoenas or other legal process if allowed. If you do not want us torespond to legal process compelling us to disclose your information, you needto obtain a valid order permitting us to refuse to disclose it and serve theorder on us at least 3 business days before the response deadline.
When we believe disclosure is appropriatein connection with efforts to investigate, prevent, or take other actionregarding illegal activity, suspected fraud or other wrongdoing; to protect anddefend the rights, property or safety of our company, our users, our employees,or others; to comply with applicable law or cooperate with law enforcement; orto enforce the Quick Browser Terms of Service and conditions or otheragreements or policies.
In connection with a substantial corporatetransaction, such as the sale of our business, a divestiture, merger,consolidation, reorganization, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event ofbankruptcy, including to prospective or actual purchasers in connection withany of these transactions.
We may share aggregated, non-personallyidentifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers,advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publiclyto show trends about the general use of our products.
4. Viewing, changing or removing yourpersonal information
You can view the personal information fromthe account you created and change them as you like. When changing or updatingyour personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity first. Pleasenote that we may be required by law to store the information we collect, evenafter you have terminated your use of Quick Browser.
For technical reasons, it may be impossiblefor us to determine whether you have stopped using Quick Browser. It may alsobe impossible for Quick Browser to determine whether you have deleted the browser.In such cases, we reserve the right to remove your account and the informationyou have provided us if you have not used Quick Browser for an extended periodof time.
5. Application
Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the productsoffered by HAWK Inc. and its affiliates, including services offered on othersites (such as our advertising services), but excludes services that haveseparate privacy policies that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy does not apply toservices offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sitesthat may be displayed to you through Quick Browser, or other sites linked from QuickBrowser. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of othercompanies and organizations who advertise our products, and who may usecookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.
6. Notice and Procedure for Making Claimsof Copyright or Other Intellectual Property Infringements
Quick Browser respects the intellectualproperty of others and takes the protection of copyrights and all otherintellectual property very seriously, and we ask our users to do the same.Infringing activity will not be tolerated on or through the Services.
Quick Browser’s intellectual propertypolicy is to (a) remove material that Quick Browser believes in good faith,upon notice from an intellectual property owner or their agent, is infringingthe intellectual property of a third party by being made available through theServices, and (b)remove any Subscriber Content posted to the Services by“repeat infringers.” Quick Browser considers a “repeat infringer” to be anyuser that has uploaded Subscriber Content to the Services and for whom QuickBrowser has received more than two takedown notices compliant with theprovisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) with respect to such Subscriber Content. QuickBrowser has discretion, however, to terminate the account of any user afterreceipt of a single notification of claimed infringement or upon Quick Browser’sown determination.
Procedure for Reporting ClaimedInfringement
If you believe that any content madeavailable on or through the Services has been used or exploited in a mannerthat infringes an intellectual property right you own or control, then pleasepromptly send a “Notification of Claimed Infringement” containing the followinginformation to the Designated Agent identified below. Your communication mustinclude substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of aperson authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the work(s) that has/havebeen allegedly infringed;
- Identification of works or materialsbeing infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, arepresentative list of such works;
- Identification of the specific materialthat is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activityand that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and informationreasonably sufficient to permit Quick Browser to locate the material;
- Information reasonably sufficient topermit Quick Browser to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and,if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted;
- A statement that you have a good faithbelief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is notauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that the information in thenotification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorizedto act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedlyinfringed.
7. Changes to the privacy policy
This Privacy Policy will be periodicallyrevised and may be changed with or without notice. The updated Privacy Policywill be posted on Quick Browser sites. By using or continuing to use Quick Browseryou agree to review the Privacy Policy periodically such that you are aware ofany modifications. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use or this PrivacyPolicy, you should not use Quick Browser.
